Orang Melayu (Malays)

Malays, I am Malays. My mother and my father are Malays. But, as Malays, it is not means that I know all about the pure Malays info because the world are changing by time. So do we. Normally, race is classified by referring the language that they used, and where they live. They also being classified by referring their culture which is normally different from each other.

As Malays that live in Malaysia, we used Bahasa Melayu as our national language. Bahasa Melayu is used officially in Malaysia and English as a second official language. As for example:
1) Apa khabar? (How are you?)
2) Awak tinggal di mana? (Where do you live?)
3) Saya sangat berminat dengan hasil karya awak? (I really interested with your work)
4) Awak sangat cantik. (You are so beautiful)

Besides different in language, each races have their own traditional clothing. As for Malays, our traditional clothing are:

For male, they "Baju Melayu" and "Kain sampin".

For female, they use "Baju Kurung", "Kebaya" and "Kebarung".
